Relationship is Financial Mistake, Trap – Shallipopi Cautions Men

Superstar Nigerian artiste, Shallipopi has warned men against going into romantic relationships, stressing that they often come with heavy financial burdens.

The “Ewo” crooner described relationships as a “financial trap” and went further to label marriage a “financial mistake,” particularly for men from modest or struggling backgrounds.

He argued that many men overstretch themselves financially in a bid to meet the demands of their partners, which can lead to unnecessary hardship and pressure.

He advised men to prioritize living within their financial capacity instead of trying to impress others or maintain lifestyles they cannot afford.

In a series of posts, he wrote; “The biggest financial mistake, when you and your papa nor dey the Top 10 list of richest people in Africa, you go cry bro. OS na financial mistake, Girlfriend na financial mistake, stay celibate.”
