A stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and Managing Director of Cruiseway Engineering Limited, Engr. Olaide Bamidele Oladosu, has congratulated the newly elected State Executive Committee members following the party’s congress held in Ibadan.
Naija Metro News had earlier reported that the congress, which took place at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, Oke Ado, Ibadan, produced former Deputy Governor, Moses Alake Adeyemo, as Chairman alongside other key officials who will steer the affairs of the party in the state.
Reacting to the development, Engr. Oladosu who doubles as a hopeful of the Oyo State House of Assembly in 2027 described the peaceful conduct of the congress and the emergence of the new executives as a reflection of internal democracy and maturity within the party.
“I extend my warmest congratulations to our newly elected Chairman and all members of the State Executive Committee. This is a call to higher service and greater responsibility,” he said.
He emphasized that the new leadership must focus on rebuilding cohesion within the party and expanding its grassroots structures across the 33 local government areas.
According to him, “The task ahead requires unity, discipline, grassroots engagement and a renewed commitment to the progressive ideals that define our great party. We must close ranks and strengthen our internal mechanisms ahead of future political engagements.”
Engr. Oladosu further urged the executives to prioritize inclusiveness, youth participation, and strategic mobilization to reposition the party for future electoral success in Oyo State.
