She gave the advice at the BBNaija Season 11 pre-show media launch in Lagos, urging the incoming housemates not to worry too much about how the public might judge them.
“My advice to the incoming BBNaija Season 11 housemates is, don’t be boring, don’t be a furniture. Don’t be scared of people judging you.
“Say whatever you want to say and do whatever you want to do. You will deal with consequences later,” she said.
Doyin also encouraged the contestants to be emotionally independent, noting that they might not always have friends around them in the house.
“Also, learn how to have fun by yourself. When you are in that house, you might not have a lot of friends but you need to be able to stand alone and don’t be depressed about it,” Doyin added.
The organisers have announced that Big Brother Naija Season 11 will premiere on July 26.
The winner will receive a record N160 million prize package, made up of N100 million in cash and a brand new SUV, making it the biggest prize in the history of the reality show.
The launch show will air from 7:00 p.m. on Africa Magic Showcase and Africa Magic Family. The 24-hour live broadcast will also be available on DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 49, while viewers can stream the show on DStv Stream and GOtv Stream. Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will return as host for the new season.
