Excitement is building in Ibadan as JCI Olubadan hosts the Leadership & Business Summit (LBS) 3.0 today, bringing together entrepreneurs, business executives, professionals, students, corps members and aspiring leaders for a day of learning, networking, and insightful conversations on the future of business and leadership.

The summit, holding at the Ibadan Business School from 10:00 a.m., is themed “Redefining the Future: Building Scalable Structures for Business and Leadership Excellence.” The event is expected to provide participants with practical strategies for sustainable business growth, innovation, organizational development, and effective leadership.
Leading the programme is the 2026 President of JCI Olubadan, JCIN Amb. Hamdalat Olabisi Gbadamosi, while the 2026 National President of JCI Nigeria, JCIN Amb. Akinbode Abitogun, will attend as the Special Guest.
The summit will feature Dr. Ory Martins, Group Managing Director of Boing Luxury Estates, as the theme speaker, while Dr. Femi Ipadeola, Content Lead and Board Member at Boom Africa Television (BTV Africa), will deliver the keynote address.
Participants will also gain valuable insights from a distinguished panel comprising JCI Sen. Aina Segun Aina, JCI Sen. Kemi Irinoye, Abiodun A. Adelekan (MBA, PMP, PSM, ITIL), Balogun Danjuma, Princess Kikelomo Adedoyin Aledodun, ICON Stephen Adedigba, and Aare Samueli Ibikunle Arugboboisi. The panel session will be moderated by Kehinde Ayanboade, Managing Publisher of Naija Metro News, alongside Kadelu Oluwole of R2 92.9FM, who will steer discussions on practical approaches to building resilient businesses and strengthening leadership systems.
The organisers have also named AbdulAzeez AbdulMaleek and Ameenat Hamzat as hosts for the event, with both expected to anchor the programme and guide participants through the day’s activities.
According to the organisers, the summit is designed to equip participants with actionable knowledge, foster strategic networking opportunities, and encourage collaboration among entrepreneurs, business leaders, and emerging professionals committed to driving positive change in their respective fields.
Attendance is free, although registration is compulsory. The organisers expressed optimism that the event will leave participants with practical insights and scalable strategies capable of fostering enterprise development, innovation, and leadership excellence.
