Veteran Yoruba Nollywood actor, Alhaji Taiwo Hassan, well known as Ogogo, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.

His daughters, Kira and Lima Taiwo, broke the news in an emotional video appeal shared across social media platforms, crying out to the public and medical experts for urgent alternative care.
According to the daughters, the veteran Yoruba film icon is currently in severe pain.
She added that the hospital currently handling his case indicated they can no longer proceed with administering chemotherapy, forcing the family to look for advanced medical intervention elsewhere.
The family explicitly clarified that they are not seeking financial donations or crowdfunding from the public.
They expressed deep appreciation to Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi) and other close associates who have fully sponsored the actor's medical bills up to this point.
Instead of money, the family is urgently seeking recommendations for competent specialist hospitals, international oncology centers, or validated traditional and herbal management options that can safely handle a Stage 4 diagnosis.
