Adekanmbi, in a statement signed by the Director of Communication and Spokesperson of the Oyo State APM Governorship Campaign Council, Yinka Oladoyinbo, commended Nigerians for their resilience and continued belief in the unity of the country despite prevailing challenges.

He said Nigeria had recorded significant achievements in the past 66 years, adding that the gains must be protected while citizens work collectively to address the country’s difficulties.

Adekanmbi said the contributions of youths, elders, men and women had sustained the country, stressing the need to preserve the spirit of unity and ensure Nigeria reclaims its position as the giant of Africa.

The APM candidate acknowledged the economic hardship facing Nigerians, particularly the rising costs of food, transportation and other basic necessities, which he linked to certain federal policy decisions.

He, however, urged citizens not to lose hope, expressing optimism that the country could be reset for the better through collective commitment and informed decisions.

Adekanmbi also called on Nigerians to participate actively and peacefully in the democratic process, urging them to make choices based on vision, competence and values, as presented by the APM.

Turning to Oyo State, he appealed to residents to continue supporting Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration, saying its projects and programmes were helping the state sustain its Pacesetter status.

With another round of elections approaching in 2027, Adekanmbi urged the people of Oyo State to support and vote for APM candidates, saying the party’s programmes were aimed at sustaining the state’s development over the past seven years.
