BREAKING: Osun State Records First Case Of Corona Virus

State of Osun has recorded the first case of the Corona Virus disease (COVID-19) in the state. 

The new development was made known by the National Center For Disease Control in a tweet posted on their Twitter handle earlier today. 

NCDC tweeted;

"Two new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 1 in Lagos and 1 in Osun". 

"Both cases are returning travellers to Nigeria in the last 7 days". 

"As at 07:00 am 25th March, there are 46 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria". 

They added that two victims of Corona Virus have been discharged and only 1 death have been recorded so far.

Osun State happens to be the third South West state to record a case of Corona Virus after Ekiti and Oyo State.
