Crystal Palace Battles Arsenal To A (0-0) Goalless Draw in Emirates

Arteta's gunners battles Roy Hodgson's well shaped defense to a goalless draw on Thursday evening. 

The match saw the to side share point after a wonderful defensive display by the eagles and a superb display by  Vicente Guaita. 

Roy Hodgson was pleased with Crystal Palace's battling performance in their 0-0 draw at the emirate stadium on Thursday, saying his team are building positive momentum. 

On a night when the Eagles created some promising chances, especially those that fell to Christian Benteke and James Tomkins, Hodgson was particularly impressed by his side's defensive performance. 

While speaking to a news platform after the game, he said 'We defended excellently and I am very proud of them'

The Gunners are currently 11th with 24 points from 18 games while Crystal palace garnered 23 points from 18 games sitting at 13th position.
