Community Heads Drum Support For Poly Ibadan Rector, Management Team

In a bid to sustain Peace and Hostility in hosting Communities and among Students, The Baale of Alemuloke, Sango, Ibadan, Chief Ganiyu Lawal Ajibade has pledged his support for the Rector of The Polytechnic, Ibadan Professor Kazeem Adebiyi and his Management body.

The Polytechnic, Ibadan who made this known through a press statement issued by the institution's Public Relations Officers, Alh. Soladoye Adewole noted that the community head who led a team of his council in a courtesy visit to the Rector and his Management team commended the Rector for the disciplinary measures introduced by the Management which has contributed immensely to the overall peace of Communities surrounding the Institution.

Baale Chief Ganiyu Ajibade who registered his confidence in the current positive re-orientation in the attitude of the students further urged the Management to sustain the efforts of positive orientation of the students.

While responding the Rector of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Professor Kazeem Adebiyi applauded the community leaders for their positive collaboration with the institution.

He also commended the community leaders for always responding to the institution's invitations to stakeholders' meetings and town and gown meetings which aided the Management in taking  vital decisions which assisted in the management of relationship with the neighbouring communities.
