BBNaija Phyna’s Sister, Hit By Dangote Truck, Reportedly Passes Away

Ruth, the sister of Big Brother Naija former winner, Phyna Otabor, has reportedly passed away.

The death of the reality show star’s sister who was hit by a Dangote truck some days back, according to reports online was confirmed in an instagrams story by the SUG president of Auchi Polytechnic who shared a photo of her alongside a RIP and crying emojis.

Recall that Phyna had called out businessman Aliko Dangote and his business, Dangote Group, over its truck, which crashed into her sister weeks ago. 

She claimed that the businessman and his company told the Nigerian police to remove the plate number on the truck. Threatening fire, she noted how the businessman only has money but isn’t God.

Following the incident, Dangote’s group released a press statement expressing its unwavering commitment to the well-being of Phyna’s sister. The company said it’s ensuring full support for the victim, including comprehensive medical care and appropriate compensation.

Reacting to it, Phyna pointed out the irony in how they are wishing a quick recovery for her sister, whose leg has been amputated. She questioned what speed they were taking, and she also reminded them about the bike man, whose condition was very critical.
