Mohbad’s Father Drops Song to Honour Late Singer Ahead of Second Death Anniversary

Mohbad ‘s father, Joseph Aloba, popularly known as Baba Mohbad, has honoured his late son in a special way as his second death anniversary approaches on September 12, 2025.

Baba Mohbad recently released a tribute song alongside its music video to keep his son’s memory alive. 

In the video, he spoke about the injustice surrounding Mohbad’s death, stressing that justice has yet to be served.

The visuals also featured men and women dressed in white garments, who played a role in conveying the emotional message of the project.

Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 27. Two years later, the true circumstances behind his untimely death remain unresolved, despite ongoing efforts by activists such as VDM to uncover the truth.
