The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has applauded Nigerians for their remarkable resilience and joy, describing them as some of the happiest people in the world despite the country’s many challenges.
Speaking during his Sunday sermon, Pastor Adeboye shared reflections from his extensive travels, noting that he has journeyed across continents “from where the sun rises to where it sets,” yet has never encountered a nation quite like Nigeria.
“I have traveled all over the world,” he said. “There is no country like Nigeria. We have our problems, yes, but Nigerians always find a way to stay happy no matter the situation.”
He further emphasized the indomitable spirit of Nigerians, who continue to laugh, celebrate, and remain hopeful even in the face of economic hardship, insecurity, and social tension.
