Beaten in Ogun
Popular Nigerian DJ and online personality, DJ Chicken, has found himself at the center of controversy after being assaulted in Sagamu, Ogun State.
A video of the incident, now making the rounds on X (formerly Twitter), shows street boys confronting DJ Chicken and ordering him to sit down.
Initially, he resists, but after being slapped, he complies. The confrontation was recorded on a phone, capturing the tense moment.
According to X influencer Oyindamola, DJ Chicken allegedly struck a motorbike rider who was carrying a woman, leaving the rider’s condition uncertain. Oyindamola shared footage showing DJ Chicken helping the woman to stand in the aftermath of the accident. In the video, the woman, whose identity is unknown, is seen clearly in pain.
