The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike has cautioned political office holders against supporting individuals he described as betrayers, saying such actions would attract similar treatment in return.
Wike spoke on Saturday in Port Harcourt during the commissioning of the Rivers State Renewed Hope Ambassadors headquarters, where he addressed politicians across different levels of government.
Speaking during the event, the former Rivers State governor said those who encourage betrayal in politics should expect to face the same consequences in their careers and personal lives.
He said, “Whoever is watching this programme, whether you’re a senator, whether you’re a House of Lords member, whether you’re a minister, or whether you’re the governor, and you support betrayers, people will continue to betray you in life.”
