The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja is set to deliver judgment on the consolidated appeals arising from the national elective convention of the Peoples Democratic Party, which was held on November 15 and 16, 2025.
There are nine appeals altogether, challenging the validity of the Ibadan convention.
Already, some PDP leaders from both sides are in court.
The group led by Kabiru Tanimu Turaki and the other led by Abdulrahman Mohammed were sighted in court.
The National Secretary of the Mohammed-led national working committee, Samuel Anyanwu, was also seen exchanging pleasantries with Turaki.
