As Muslims across the world celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and Managing Director of Cruiseway Engineering Limited, Engr. Olaide Bamidele Oladosu, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim faithful, calling for sustained unity, gratitude, and commitment to national development.
In a goodwill message made available to journalists on Friday, Engr. Oladosu congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, describing the holy month as a period of deep reflection, sacrifice, and renewed devotion to Almighty Allah.
He noted that the values of patience, compassion, and self-discipline imbibed during Ramadan should not end with the season but must be carried into daily life for the betterment of society.
“Eid-el-Fitr is not only a time of celebration but also an opportunity to reinforce the virtues of love, peace, and generosity. I urge all Nigerians, regardless of religious or political affiliations, to embrace unity and work collectively towards the progress of our dear state and nation,” he said.
The APC stalwart further emphasized the need for peaceful coexistence among citizens, stressing that Nigeria’s strength lies in its diversity. He called on leaders at all levels to continue prioritizing policies and actions that uplift the people and foster inclusive growth.
Engr. Oladosu also used the occasion to commend the resilience of Nigerians amid prevailing economic challenges, expressing optimism that with collective effort and responsible leadership, the country would overcome its difficulties.
He concluded by wishing Muslims in Oyo State and beyond a joyous and peaceful Eid celebration, praying that the blessings of the season bring renewed hope, prosperity, and stability to every home.
“May Allah accept our prayers and sacrifices, and may this Eid usher in greater peace, progress, and harmony for all,” he added.
