Students of Ebonyi State University were captured celebrating after their lecturer, identified as an AG, reportedly gave them ₦300,000 to buy breakfast during an early morning class.
In a video making the rounds online, the students were captured joyfully collecting their shares through classmates after the money was distributed among members of the class.
The excitement quickly turned into loud celebrations as many of the students cheered and expressed surprise at the unexpected gesture from their lecturer during the 7 a.m. lecture.
The clip showing the moment was shared on TikTok by a user identified as Princess Mocha, where it has since attracted reactions from viewers praising the lecturer’s generosity.
It was captioned: “Our lecturer (AG Ebony State) gave us 300k for breakfast because we were hungry in his 7 am class”.
