Peter PSquare Officially Changes Birth Date From November 18 to 30

Legendary Nigerian music star, Peter Okoye, well known as Mr P, has stirred reactions on social media after announcing that he is changing his birthday date.

In a post shared on Monday afternoon via his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, the one-half of the defunct P-Square duo, wrote simply, “I am officially changing my birthday date.
“I’m making it official. November 18th is no longer my birthday celebration date. Please note that I will not be accepting any messages or gifts on that day.

“My birthday will now be celebrated on November 30th. This is a personal decision, and I truly appreciate your understanding.”

Peter, who has, over the years, been in the spotlight both for his music career and the highly publicised family disputes within the Okoye household, did not provide further explanation for the decision at the time of filing this report.

Peter Okoye rose to fame as one half of P-Square, the award-winning music duo he formed with his twin brother, Paul Okoye (Rudeboy).

The group dominated African pop music in the 2000s and early 2010s with several hits before internal disagreements led to their split.
